These terms cover Battle Barge, a tabletop battle and campaign tracker, and apply when you affirmatively accept them. Our privacy policy explains data handling; accepting these terms does not consent to optional analytics or marketing.
Contact
Hammer & Pixels LLC, Connecticut, United States, operates Battle Barge. Postal address: 672 Queen Street #1032, Southington, CT 06489, USA. Contact hello@hammerandpixels.com or +1 203-204-3111 for privacy, support or complaints.
Accounts and use
Accounts are for people aged 13 or older. A parent or guardian must authorise the arrangement where local law requires it; paid orders require an adult with legal capacity. You accept these terms when you create an account; we record which version you were shown and when. Provide accurate account details, protect credentials and report suspected misuse.
Respect other players’ privacy when adding names, journals and photos. Battle Barge is an unofficial fan tool, not endorsed by Games Workshop. Scores and references may contain errors; organisers remain responsible for event rules and disputes.
You may use the service for its described purposes. Do not access others’ accounts without permission, distribute malware, harass people, upload illegal content, infringe rights or bypass security controls. These restrictions do not prohibit activities expressly protected by law.
Your content
You retain your content rights. You grant us a non-exclusive licence to store, reproduce, transmit and display content only as needed for features you choose, including technical resizing and backups. It ends when content is removed, subject to lawful retention and copies you shared. It does not permit advertising use or training third-party AI models.
Share only content and personal information you have a right to use. Report illegal or infringing content with the Report button on a scenario someone shared with you, or to hello@hammerandpixels.com with its location, reasons and supporting details. We assess reports and explain restrictions and available review routes as required.
Planned subscriptions
Payments are not currently accepted. A planned Hammer & Pixels subscription provides premium access across the released Hammer & Pixels apps identified in the offer, not access to unreleased apps. It includes a free 7-day trial. You may request a refund within 15 days of your first payment or any renewal payment at hello@hammerandpixels.com; mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. When the trial ends, the subscription becomes paid and renews automatically unless you cancel before the trial ends. You can cancel at any time from the billing page linked in your account.
Before any paid order, we disclose the price, currency, taxes, billing interval, included features, trial end and conversion charge, renewal rules and cancellation method. Recurring billing requires express agreement; a free account does not authorise payment. We provide a retainable confirmation and legally required reminders and change notices.
Cancel renewal using the stated online control or contact us if you cannot access it. If an app-store offer is introduced, its cancellation route is disclosed before purchase. Cancellation stops future charges; we confirm its effective date and any remaining access. Account closure does not leave an undisclosed subscription running. Price increases receive advance notice and any agreement required by law, with an opportunity to cancel.
European consumer rights
Where applicable, you may withdraw within 14 days of concluding the contract without a reason. Send a clear statement to hello@hammerandpixels.com or use the online withdrawal function where required. We acknowledge it and refund as legally required, ordinarily within 14 days using the original payment method unless agreed otherwise.
Starting a service during that period does not automatically waive withdrawal. A proportionate charge or loss of withdrawal rights applies only when all legally required prior disclosures, express requests, consents, acknowledgements and confirmations have been satisfied.
Mandatory rights to supply, conformity, necessary updates, defect correction, price reduction and termination remain, including for qualifying services provided in exchange for personal data.

Restrictions, changes and closure
We may restrict content or access when reasonably necessary for unlawful conduct, material breach, fraud, security or legal requirements. We give reasons, applicable notice and a review route unless law or urgent safety prevents this. Privacy requests or complaints alone are not grounds for retaliation.
For closure or a material reduction of paid features, we provide reasonable advance notice, a chance to export available data and legally required refunds or termination remedies. Material contract changes receive advance notice and agreement or termination rights where required. Continued use cannot remove mandatory or accrued rights.
You may stop using the service, cancel a plan or request account closure. App-only deletion and closing your shared account are different; we explain subscription consequences. Only terms needed for accrued rights and lawful retention continue after termination.
Responsibility and disputes
We provide the service with reasonable care, but availability can be affected by outages. Keep copies of important content. Nothing excludes mandatory warranties or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including fraud, intentional wrongdoing or death or injury caused by negligence.
Connecticut law applies only to the extent permitted, without removing mandatory protections where you live. You retain access to courts available under mandatory law; these terms do not require exclusive Connecticut venue or arbitration. Contact us to raise a complaint. We do not take part in alternative dispute resolution schemes.
